I think the reason you are seeing the NEC error is that by default 4NEC2 opens the last antenna you were trying to simulate. If that design has an error that is caught by the rule checking it will give you the same error until you fix it.
Change the length of part of the antenna and observe it in the geometry window and also how it changes the simulation result. The important thing to do is to define the end of that radiating segment for RF, so there we place a choke. The SWR without additional tuning is around 1.
