Two girls, who seem very different, are good friends who compromise, look out for each other, and work out a little jealousy. This book encourage a lot of dialogue in short phrases.
This would make a fitting gift to give to a friend of any ageespecially if the relationship is ever tumultuous or strained, or simply close. The pictures are colorful at the right points and imaginative when it needs to be.
Bink & Gollie
Everything from the height of the windows to gollei size of the garbage can is made for Bink Bink Bink. Humorous, touching, thought provoking, fun. They’ve already been added to our hold list at the library, which is once again past books!

The stories are simple, but they all tie together by the end, and the girls’ friendship is reinforced even more. Topics range from a pair of socks to getting a goldfish, on the surface not the most interesting of events, but through the eyes of children, the stories flow very nicely and are lively.
