Most everything unfurls in such a way as not to surprise. Including comprehensive coverage of the main issues, from the value of the resident mission to international negotiation and chapters on telecommunications and the ministry of foreign affairs.
Should be obligatory for all aspiring diplomats. The complaint charges mainly that the book is dull and its exposition makes points that are obvious. It’s a great overview of everything in the field.
