I spent a day in Shari’s classroom late last week working hard to clean up the disaster zone in preparation for the occasion.

We learn quickly from Clinton himself that he’d thrown a rock through a window of the Crusan house the night before. His HIV-positive status and the belief that he is gay. Then, I read a lot of flonn novels by writers I admired. I liked how they switched from each characters point of view.

I would suggest this to someone whose in 9th finn up because it does include a little bit of cussing this book would be more of a guy reading cause there’s not to much in there girls might like. I want her to write realistic fiction. I would love to teach this book in our character unit, because it could be used to discuss point of view, multiple narrators, narrator reliability, and voice.

Nov 15, Brad Evans rated it flinb was amazing. Why is there problem between the two characters is that Clinton attacked Alex with a baseball bat. I think this book was written well. Clint, who grew up with his father’s bias and racial prejudice, bullies Alex and leaves notes in his locker.


It is an easy, quick read. There is a suspicion that the attacker was Clinton Cole who was seen in the vicinity close to the time of attack.

The author’s message was ‘I realized I need to take matter into my own hand’. As you can tell, this really resonated with me. Three people, one truth.

She tells police she saw Clinton do it. But the cover actually does represent what happens in the book very well. From the point of view of the witness, Daria a teenage girl with Down Syndrome who goes to the same school as Alex.

It certainly seems like the “boy in the varsity jacket” was Clinton Cole, a boy who had been giving the victim a hard time but given her Down’s syndrome is Daria Bickell’s word enough?

But Dad had to stay with the company to keep his health insurance. Daria is a special education student and tells her story in free verse.

This book was an incredible reading and ot book with excellent information but just didn’t catch my attent Cody Maierhoffer 2nd hour Ms. The supporting character are his parents and his vaster is Jennifer. It seems that ant-bullying stories are all the rage these days, so I decided it was time to re-read this book that I’ll admit I’d grown fuzzy in my recollections of. It also helps them realize that everyone feels self conscious about something and that people are more aware of what people say about them than those who say mean things realize.


The new releases on the subject fflinn just a handful each year, but each book published is a new adventure. The story is about a teen named Alex who was recently attacked while sitting in his car. Clinton is lying, but will he get away with it?

A minority might be violent or insulting, but the worse is the silent majority feigning not to notice, and not trying to include them. I had a really hard time making friends, so I spent a lot of time reading and writing then. Audiences that would like this book are people who enjoy suspense, realistic fiction, teenage problems, and solving mysteries. I loved this book because it had such a bold meaning to it, b,ack also because it was very suspenseful and I could never put it down when I got to a good part.
