He quotes a lot of verses which is more than I can say for a lot of “Christian” books out there and he devotes entire sections of the chapters to the biblical basis for his perspective, but his application of them just doesn’t go deep enough and he doesn’t start from the most important principle: Charles does provide a very intriguing analogy of what it must be like for God as He watches people study the Bible, but not act on it.
