My only complaint was that, like many scholarly texts, it fell apart at the end. A really great read–surprisingly engaging and salient. Now, gergn reread it I can say that the book is a great middle-ground overview of the Self living in a Postmodern world. The writing style is also pretty general and reader friendly without being bland. This book could be Post-Modernism and You.

Highly relevant commentary on the self in postmodern society.
