View all 8 comments. I liked that Avery, who was very guarded, seemed to open up to Joe very easily. Especially since I got to watch the Travis men and women fall in love with extraordinary women and men, all except Joe. The writing is excellent and the dialogue is spot on and so natural.
Things that couldn’t ever lead anywhere because even if she did believe in love, his family syed in a whole other social stratosphere.
There were six of them once; now they are are five. August 11, Igrl Somewhere I’ll Find You. However, considering this is romance, it didn’t hit the very best button of the ultimate feeling, at least not for me. I wouldn’t go so far and say that Joe deserved someone else, someone better. I would highly recommend this book to fans of contemporary romance. She further compounds her mistakes by absolutely refusing to entertain any relationship with Joe, even when it’s blatantly obvious to everyone that he is into her.

She’s the consummate professional which is admirable, showing her independent and persistent qualities. But I enjoyed Avery and Joe’s book very much. And I almost liked the second as much as the first. This is her way. And he’s still here. Her jaundiced cynical views on love and handing out ill advice to her sister about love and marriage not being forever was just annoying and absurd.

To be honest I’m conflicted whether I’d recommend this or not. So thank you, Racquelfor putting me out of my misery and letting me borrow your ARC. Sofia gets a side story of her own in this book, which I tirl was adorable.
